My goal is that by the end of the inspection you will have a clear and complete impression of the condition of the home. Performed a routine home inspection, very nice, knowledgeable, fast. 2 guys did my house, 1 would go over things while another inspected or typed up the report, right there on site. I'm not sure how his prices compare, but he was recommended to us by a realtor, and we were very happy. He did a very thorough inspection and picked up on so many little things that we missed even after we had toured the home several times. He also gave good information on the nature, cost, and severity of minor problems in the house.
