The inspection did take ~5hrs which was OK with us, we'd rather it take longer and have a more detailed inspection. Thorough inspection of inside, outside and crawl space of home. Showed up on time, did a wonderful job and gave us bunch of things for the sellers to fix. I am sure sellers weren't happy to see the list but he was very detailed. He was even kind enough to do the inspection on Saturday and spent several hours doing it. I would definitely recommend and use him when needed.
